Welcome to Owensboro's Future

Owensboro Works links job seekers and employers through a system which is free to participants, easy to use, and based on demonstrated skills and training.

Owensboro Works is a partnership of the City of Owensboro, Daviess County Fiscal Court, Owensboro Community and Technical College, and Greater Owensboro Economic Development Corporation who believe the future of our community depends on its well-prepared workforce.

All job seekers are required to possess at least an Associate's Degree, professional certification or complete the WorkKeys test in order to be approved in the database. WorkKeys is a job skills assessment used by many local employers to measure real world skills. For more information on WorkKeys, please contact the Owensboro Community and Technical College at 270-686-4454.

Job seekers who do not update their profiles or allow WorkKeys scores to expire within five years will be deleted from the system. If you need assistance with your login and password, please call (270) 926-4339.
